From the comfort of their home or office, members can transfer money between accounts, view account history and images of checks written, make loan payments, and much more. We also have Bill Pay, e-Statements, and online loan application.
Mobile Banking
Members with STAR Online can now use our mobile banking app. Available on Apple or Android phones and tablets. Search the App Store for Baton Rouge City Parish EFCU. First, register with STAR Online to access mobile banking.

There is NO CHARGE for members using their Baton Rouge City Parish Employees’ FCU Visa Check Card and/or Mastercard Credit Card. All other cards or non-members will be charged a fee.
We also have a network of surcharge-free ATMs.
Co-Op Shared Branch Network
Access to your account is close by. We have joined other credit unions nationwide in a cooperative effort to bring you a new choice in financial convenience . . . CO-OP Shared Branch Network. With CO-OP, you can access your account at locations across Louisiana and at thousands of locations across the country. No matter where you may be, your credit union will always be near. In addition, you can access your other credit union accounts through us. There is a $1.00 fee per transaction to use this service.
